Student registration fee only applies to participants who have submitted their certificate of studentship. Please send proof of enrollment (with clearly displayed expiration date) to the secretariat of CIGOS 2017 via secretariat@cigos.org 

The registration fee covers admission to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, lunches and conference banquet.

It is possible to buy additional tickets for accompanying persons. Please e-mail us.

Cancellation Conditions and Refunds

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat. The registration fee will be refunded after the deduction of 40% if participation is cancelled prior to 15 September 2017. No refund will be possible after this date but complete documentation will be sent to the address of the delegate.
